Refund policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026.

Legba Pro plugins are sold through Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record. Freemius processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

Free trial

Every Pro plugin can be tried for 14 days without a credit card. Nothing is charged during a trial that was started without a payment method.

30-day money-back guarantee

Legba Form Pro, Legba Event Pro and Legba Volunteer Pro are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within 30 days of your purchase, you run into a problem with the plugin that we cannot resolve, we will refund your purchase in full. Tell us about the problem first: most of the time we can fix it.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us from the contact page with the email address used for the purchase and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Renewals

Annual licenses renew automatically. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the link in your purchase email; the license stays valid until the end of the paid period.
